terms, privacy & accessibility

Hotels With Saunas is an independent directory of hotels, rentals and public saunas. We are not affiliated with any hotel, booking platform or venue listed. Listings are gathered from public sources and marked unverified until confirmed; always check details with the venue before you travel.

The “near me” search asks your browser for your position only when you press the button, uses it once to sort venues by distance, and does not store, log or associate it with you. Decline the prompt and everything still works. browse by city instead.

When you post a sauna report, your first name (if you give one), your answers and your note appear on that sauna’s page. Your email never does: we keep it to stop duplicate and fake reports and to reply if you ask us to. By posting you let us show what you wrote on this site. Keep it about the sauna; we take down anything that isn’t, and anything a hotel posts about itself.

Photos you send with a suggestion are kept privately until we’ve checked the place. Send only photos you took. By sending them you let us show them on that listing; we strip location data before they leave your phone. Ask us and we’ll take any of yours down.

Waitlist emails are used only to tell you when a new city launches. We never sell or share them. To be removed, email info@hotelswithsaunas.com.

Where a price is shown it was read from the venue’s own website on the date noted. Venues change prices more often than they change websites; nothing here is an offer, and the venue’s till is always right where we are wrong.

Booking through some links may earn us a commission at no cost to you. It never changes what we list or how we rank it.

We are committed to providing site content that is accessible and user-friendly to all our visitors, and we work toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. This is a small operation and a work in progress: we cannot yet guarantee that every page conforms, and third-party content we embed or link to may present challenges we cannot control.

If any part of the site is difficult to use, email info@hotelswithsaunas.com with the subject “website accessibility” and a note on what wasn’t working. we’ll fix what we can, quickly.
