We collect very little. No accounts, no ads, no selling or sharing of your information. Questions or removal requests: info@hotelswithsaunas.com.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies. In the UK, the EU and the rest of Europe we ask first, and it stays off unless you say ok. Advertising features are switched off everywhere.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and our own page counter. Neither sets cookies or keeps your IP address; our counter keeps a random id for the length of one browser tab.

change your cookie choice

Your saved places, your map setting and your cookie choice are kept in your own browser. They never reach us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

If you join a waitlist, post a report, suggest a sauna or email us, we keep what you send to do that one thing: tell you when a city launches, check and show your report, or reply. Emails are never shown on the site. Details are in the terms.

The “near me” search uses your location once, in your browser, and does not store it.

Booking, hotel and map links take you to other sites with their own privacy policies. Some booking links carry an affiliate tag so the site can credit us; we don’t receive any personal details from them.

Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. This covers rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and California law. We do not sell or share personal information. Email info@hotelswithsaunas.com and we’ll answer within 30 days.
