URSO is a restored belle-époque palacete in Chueca–Alonso Martínez with a small spa underneath it: sauna, steam room, hot tub, and generally nobody else in there. Seventy-eight rooms, so the wet area is scaled to a handful of guests rather than a membership list. Less spectacle than the Castellana hotels, considerably less money, and a better neighbourhood to walk out into afterwards.
